Production process principle of marker pile mould
★准备标志桩模具一个，震动平台一个，搅拌好的混凝土
Prepare a mold for the sign pile and a vibration platform, and mix the concrete
★将模具放置在平整的地面上，将混凝土灌入模具中，放在震动平台上震动片刻
Put the mold on the flat ground, pour the concrete into the mold, and put it on the vibration platform to vibrate for a moment
★放置在避光避光的地方养护
It should be placed in a place away from light for maintenance
★夏季钢模具12小时，每天能脱两次模；冬季放置24小时，每天脱一次模；塑料模具夏季24小时；冬季48小时即可。
The steel mold can be removed twice a day for 12 hours in summer; the mold can be removed once a day for 24 hours in winter; the plastic mold can be removed 24 hours in summer and 48 hours in winter.
★待水泥凝固后，自然脱落即可
When the cement solidifies, it will fall off naturally
