Selection principle of reasonable gap
当对制件精度与断面均有较高的需求时，应思量选择较小的冲裁间隙，以餍足冲裁件的精度需求与较为光洁、平直的断面。
When there is a high demand for the precision and section of the workpiece, the smaller blanking clearance should be considered to meet the precision demand of the workpiece and the smoother and straighter section.
当冲裁件对断面及精度均无较高需求时，在间隙容许的条件下，可选用偏大的间隙，以提高模具的寿命，减小冲裁力。
When there is no high demand for the section and precision of the blanking parts, the larger clearance can be selected under the condition that the clearance is allowed, so as to improve the service life of the die and reduce the blanking force.
